Projector Remote Control Turn on projector by pressing and holding the red power button on the remote control. Allow about 30 seconds for 'Boxlight' screen to become visible.
Laptop Cable Connections Connect cables located on lectern table extension:
  1. Ethernet/network cable
  2. VGA video
  3. Microphone
  4. Speakers
Press and Hold Third Button on KVM Switch Open the cabinet door to view KVM switch located just below the keyboard tray. Press and hold the button (#3, labeled 'laptop') until you hear a single beep and the button becomes illuminated.
Turn On Laptop Turn on laptop. If the laptop finishes booting and there is no image displayed on the projection screen, try pressing 'Function+ F5' or 'Function+F6' (differs by laptop).
Optional:  Shure wireless microphone *** Optional ***
To use wireless microphone, press and hold the power button on the transmitter until a solid green light displays. Attach microphone by clipping to shirt and connecting transmitter to belt or pant waistline. Volume is adjusted via the computer itself.
Optional:  Use Audio system *** Optional ***
To use the room's surround sound audio system (controls located in the closest corner to the lectern), be sure the power is on (light should be illuminated blue). Volume can be controlled by laptop or by
