For several years, the Virtual Technology Center (VTC) has provided web design and development services for a number of University of Houston departments and divisions. We offer a complete solution for web development, meeting with the client to discuss minimum requirements, design limitations and more. From here, the client can gauge development progress as the site is being built, having the ability to add/remove content as needed and provide input throughout the entire process.
